Another great weekend and awesome results from our athletes at the Fernie Jr. Freeski competition February 5&6.  

        Over a 2 day period we had the excitement of watching some of the best 18 and under Freeski athletes make their way down the incredible terrain that Fernie has to offer. Each athlete was marked on line, style, tricks and fluidity of their run. A big congratulations goes out to Calgary Freeriderz athlete Brayden Tritter for his bronze medal finish in the boys 12-15 age category. Mark and Colin Hendrickson placed 7 & 8th position and Liam Mackenzie came in 16th. In boys 16-18 Kyler Tritter placed 6th while Mike Rogne scored a respectable 10 place finish.

        Other Calgary Freeriderz athletes who competed in the event include Jared Verge, Towyn Mackenzie and David Fowler who had a nice talk with a local tree (see video).
